AI Workforce Management
Roster compliant staff, interpret awards and check funded shifts as you build the roster. One connected workforce platform for services that rely on shift work.
One connected workforce cycle
Many care providers manage rostering, credentials, timesheets and award calculations across separate systems and spreadsheets. Compliance gaps can be found after the shift, and pay errors after payday.
Axi-WFM brings this work into one system. It checks worker readiness, builds and fills rosters, records time worked, interprets the award and prepares an approved, itemised pay batch for payroll.
Funding and safeguarding rules are built into rostering, so shifts can be checked against worker credentials, service needs and available funding.
“One platform from roster to payroll, with the checks close to the decisions.”
The workflow
Each step shares information with the next, so teams can work from one source of truth.
Assign a position and collect its required credentials and induction steps.
See a live clearance status, with reasons for any block or recorded override.
Fill shifts manually, through automatic allocation or bidding. Checks run on each allocation.
Workers confirm shifts and clock on and off. Timesheets route for approval.
Approved time is priced using award rules and exported to payroll, with issues flagged.
Every allocation can be checked against credentials, award limits, fatigue rules, availability, participant preferences and funding settings.
